FAQ's

Wait, so this is not the 4x4x48 challenge anymore?

Correct. Since our has accomplished this challenge the past two years, we are switching it up. Since the lack of sleep did add to the previous challenge, we will be adding additional miles to be sure it is just as difficult. Send us a direct message with any questions!

How do I signup?

RSVP to this event, dm us on Instagram or text the event organizer, Gabe Malinski, @ 952-250-8865 and we will get back to you within 24 hours!

I'm not physically ready for this. What can I do?

Consider a substitute for running. Instead of running or exercising, do something difficult for 1 hour at each of the challenge times. Here are some ideas: walking, writing, reading, praying, meditating, playing an instrument, learning a new language etc or create your own blend of challenges! This weekend is about growth - just do what you can do!

I don't live in Minnesota. Can I still participate?

Absolutely! All of these challenges can be completed on your own! RSVP to this event and tag our social media pages so we can follow along with your journey!

I have plans that weekend. Can I still participate?

Sure! Jump in to join for as many challenges as you can, or choose a different weekend to go back to complete them on your own!

How will the $3k donation help youth mental health?

100% of donations will be sent directly to NAMI, the #1 leader in mental health support in the United States. Every donation helps increase the education, support and advocacy that we provide and brings hope for the future for children and adults living with a mental illness and their families. More info can be found here

I can't participate. How else can I help?

*This event was inspired by former Navy Seal and Ultramarathon Runner, David Goggins.
