Refund policy

NPX – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 18, 2025

At Never Peak Products, we stand behind the quality of our supplements. However, due to the nature of consumable goods, we have a strict return policy to ensure safety and product integrity.


📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The seal must be completely intact and not broken

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

  • The item must be returned with your original receipt or proof of purchase


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago

  • Sale or promotional items marked “final sale”

  • Gift cards


📬 How to Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@neverpeakproducts.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, carefully package the item and ship it (at your expense) to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs or return shipping fees.

If your return is rejected (e.g. if the seal is broken), no refund will be issued, and the product will not be returned to you.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@neverpeakproducts.com with photos and details so we can make it right.
