At Never Peak Products, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works when you order from us.
📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 24–48 business hours of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.

Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after the order is processed.

We currently only ship within the United States.
📬 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update after receiving the email.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.).

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@neverpeakproducts.com within 72 hours of delivery so we can help make it right.
